Revamping Life, Revamping Truth, One Day at a Time
Well, y’all, life’s about revamping. Every single day, we wake up and do our best to make things better, at least that’s the goal, right? Life’s all about change, learning, and figuring out the mess as we go. I’ve always lived this way, free, fun, and using my imagination, but here’s the deal, not everyone gets that luxury. Some kids are growing up in cages, isolated, forced to live, think, and worship by rules that only serve the folks at the top, the ones with something to gain. Parents, bishops, and that sheisty Ordnung.
Now, we all know that children shouldn’t be treated like property, no matter what title someone wants to slap on it, religious or otherwise. But somehow, we’ve got folks out there hiding behind their First Amendment rights to deny their kids an education. And for what? So, they can trap them in a world where hard work, forced labor, and taking every penny, they make is the norm, but brainwash them into thinking they’re teaching them a work ethic? And let me tell you, that ain’t right.
And let’s talk about the Amish for a second, because they love to claim religious freedom when it suits them. They skip out on schooling, control their children’s labor, and pocket all that money. And then when it comes to their kids getting a real shot at life, the courts roll over like a lazy hound dog, siding with their “faith” even when it’s obvious their beliefs are being used as an excuse to abuse. Abuse is abuse, you can’t hide behind a bonnet and call it anything else.
But here’s the kicker, the Amish will pick and choose which parts of the modern world they want. They’ll jump in cars, use cell phones, shop at our stores, and then turn around and cry “religious freedom” when they need to get out of a little legal pickle. They’ll take it all the way to the Supreme Court when they don’t want to deal with outhouses or septic systems. But when it comes to their kids? Silence. No protecting them from the harm, the abuse, the horrors—nope, just pretend it’s not happening.
So, let’s call a spade a spade, y’all, and make this mess make sense. It’s time to stop pretending and start calling out the truth.
